Ignacio Culleré Cuadrillero, artistically known as Nacho Culleré, was born in Barcelona in 1971, but at the age of four his parents moved to Mollerussa, in the province of Lleida. He studied at the Ondara School of Arts and Crafts in Tàrrega, where he earned a Higher Technician's degree in Sculpture.

In 1988, at just 17 years old, he exhibited his first works in Mollerussa and, since then, has participated tirelessly in a series of successful exhibitions, garnering important awards and accolades, particularly in Catalonia and, especially, in many cities of his beloved Lleida.

Art critics say that his work leans towards figuration, even though, very occasionally, he attempts to create abstract forms. He is the creator of numerous large-scale urban sculptures and prefers stone, iron, wood, clay, and even Portland cement as materials for his works. He is always drawn to the postures and emotions of human beings and focuses primarily on the worlds of women, couples, and motherhood. All of this is expressed within a blend of the hieratic atmosphere of Ancient Egypt, Greek Classicism, and the simplifications of Henry Moore.
He has shared his extensive artistic knowledge by teaching sculpture and modeling and has restored numerous works of art, sculptures, and antiques.
He currently lives in Mollerussa, where he remains active and immersed in his art. His artistic output includes approximately 5,000 cataloged sculptures worldwide.
